Hand plate electroplating surface treatment process
In panel production process, often used in electroplating, it is a standard that is commonly used in a surface treatment technology, then, hand made, what exactly is the purpose of use plating process?

According to the different coating materials, in practical application, there are different effects, such as:
Gilding: improve conductive contact impedance and enhance signal transmission. Gold is the most stable and the most expensive.
Silver plating: improve conductive contact impedance and enhance signal transmission. (silver is the best, easy to oxidize, oxidized and conductive)
Copper plating: the base is used to enhance the adhesion and corrosion resistance of electroplating. (copper is easy to oxidize. After oxidation, copper and green will no longer conduct electricity, so copper plated products must be protected by copper.)
Nickel-plated: the base or the appearance, enhance the corrosion resistance and wear resistance, (in which the chemical nickel is the modern technology to wear more than chromium plating). (note that many electronic products, such as DIN head and n-head, have no longer been used in nickel, mainly due to the magnetic properties of nickel which affect the passive intermodulation in the electrical properties.)
Palladium-plated nickel: improved conductive contact impedance, enhanced signal transmission, and wear resistance above gold.
Tin lead: improved welding capacity, replaced by other substitute (for lead is mostly changed to tinted tin and fog tin)
